Chronika CRM is a service management platform for automotive workshops. The service is provided “as is” and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You agree that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that the Service is being used in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid functionality, subscriptions, early access pricing, and trial terms may be described on the Website or inside the Service. Fees, available functionality, and trial conditions may change over time. Any applicable payment terms are presented before purchase or subscription activation.

Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of data entered into the Service, including customer, vehicle, order, inventory, and operational information. Chronika may process such data only as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chronika shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Website. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
